Leo Giamani is an American pornographic actor who has starred in gay adult films.

Giamani started his porn career in the spring of 2008 at age 29. Prior to his porn career he worked as a fireman for six months and has a BA in science.[1] He performed exclusively in gay porn except for one heterosexual scene with Luscious Lopez for Jake Cruise's website Straight Guys for Gay Eyes.[2] He identifies as a bisexual.[1] He was voted QueerClick.com Man of the Year for 2008.[3] In March 2009 he signed a joint contract with Falcon Entertainment and Randy Blue.[4] Also in 2009, he modeled for underwear company RufSkin[5] and was named one of Cybersockets Top 50 Porn Stars.[6] In September 2010, it was announced he had retired from porn.[7]
